General Manager
The General Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operations of our establishment. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in the food industry, particularly in high volume restaurant management, staff training systems and standards, team culture building and community guest experience.
The General Manager will ensure that all aspects of the business run smoothly, from staff management to financial oversight, while building and maintaining a high standard of Hospitality.
What We're Looing For
- Strong service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in multi-outlet hospitality operations working as one to take care of guests and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff, including cooks, to maintain high standards of food quality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
- Proven restaurant management or complex leadership experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive under pressure
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
